How long would it take to my order to ship out?

Our pieces are carefully crafted with attention to detail, and the creation process can take up to 10 business days as each piece is made to order based on the preference of metal, purity, and ring size.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive after it has been shipped

Will there be any additional taxes that I need to pay?

Customers in the US will not be required to pay any duties or taxes upon delivery.

Customers in Europe, Australia, Canada, and other countries may be required to pay import taxes or duties as applicable in their respective countries. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees. Please be aware that customs policies and practices can vary widely from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the customs laws and regulations of their country.

What is the return policy?
  • We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • We are pleased to provide complimentary return shipping labels for all orders.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order details and the return request.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the order name or number.
How do I return my order?
  • To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order details and the return request.
  • We will promptly reply and provide you with a free FedEx return shipping label to make the process seamless and easy.
  • For all returns and exchanges, please make sure to include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including certificates. However, for resize requests, please do not include the original certificates.
  • For security reasons, do not write the words "jewelry," "diamonds," or other related terms on the package.
What are the steps to properly pack a shipment for return?
  • To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps, we recommend using the original packaging from your order :
  • Place the item inside its original ring or jewelry box.
  • If you have a padded pak, place the ring or jewelry box inside it and seal it. If you do not have a padded pak and the FedEx drop-off location does not have it in stock, you may skip this step.
  • Place the padded pak (if applicable) or the jewelry box inside a Small or a Medium FedEx Priority box and seal it.
  • Affix the shipping label to the outside of the larger box.
  • Take the package to your nearest FedEx location.
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as proof of insurance.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for packages dropped off at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.
What is the process and timeline for receiving a refund for my returned item?
  • Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
What is the process for initiating an exchange?
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us with the order details and specify the desired replacement jewelry piece.
  • In the event that the chosen replacement carries a higher value than the original item, we kindly request that you settle the outstanding balance.
  • Conversely, should the replacement be of lesser value, we will promptly issue a credit to your original method of payment.
Can I cancel my order?

Certainly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 72 hours of placing the order.

How do I initiate a return for an order shipped outside the United States that has already incurred and had import/VAT taxes paid?
  • If you are returning an order shipped outside the United States and have already paid import taxes/duties to the customs department of your country, please ensure to obtain a receipt from them.
  • For reimbursement of import taxes/duties paid, it is necessary to contact the Customs Department of your country directly.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to refund these taxes.
How do I proceed with an exchange for an order shipped outside of the United States that has already incurred and had import/VAT taxes paid?
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary documents to complete and return.
  • Upon receipt, we will issue a shipping label indicating the item is for exchange or repair.
  • When we ship the new ring to you, you will not be required to pay import taxes again.

Sizing

Are there any types of rings that can't be resized?

Yes, certain rings, such as eternity and open bands, cannot be resized due to their design. If your ring cannot be resized, you can opt for a new ring in the correct size within our 30-day exchange policy.

What to do if I'm between ring sizes?

If you find yourself between ring sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size rather than the smaller one. Finger size can vary during the day, and a ring that's too tight might be difficult to remove over the knuckle, causing discomfort.

We offer quarter sizes to ensure a precise fit, which should alleviate any sizing concerns.

What if I order the wrong ring size?
  • If you order the wrong size, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your item to initiate the complimentary resizing process.
  • We'll work with you to confirm the new size and resize your ring at no additional cost.
  • If you ordered an eternity ring, open band, or any other style that cannot be resized, you have the option to exchange it for the correct size within our 30-day policy period.
What if I need my ring resized after the 60-day period?

If you require resizing after the 60-day period, there will be a nominal fee of $100 US associated with the service, including shipping both ways with insured shipping.

How long does the resizing process take?

The resizing process typically takes up to 7 business days from the time we receive your item. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the resizing and our current workload.

How can I determine my partner's ring size without her knowing?

Secretly obtaining your partner's ring size can be done discreetly. You can consider asking her family or friends if they know her ring size, or borrow one of her rings and use our sizing guide to determine her size.

What is the average ring size for women?

The average ring size for women is typically US size 6. However, individual ring sizes can vary significantly.

Warranty & Packaging

What warranty do you offer for your jewelry?
  • Lifetime warranty offers a free cleaning and inspection, metal re-polish, prong tightening and rhodium plating.
  • A 3-year warranty covering the replacement of accent gemstones/diamonds.
  • The loss and/or theft of center stones are not covered by the our warranty.
  • To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend returning jewelry to us for inspection at the first sign of possible misplacement.
  • We are not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear, or repairs/alterations made by other jewelers.
  • This policy is not a substitute for insurance so we recommend insuring your jewelry item with a reputable insurance provider for your peace of mind.
How is the warranty process activated if needed?

Simply contact us via e-mail at: office@bocajnarima.com with your order number/proof of order and an explanation of what happened and we will assist you shortly.

What is in the package?
  • All orders will be packed with complimentary gift wrapping.
  • All orders will contain a ring/jewelry box.
  • All of our diamond jewelry, come with a GIA/IGI certificate, This certificate verifies the quality and authenticity of the diamond.
  • If you want to receive an invoice, please mention it at checkout or contact us after placing the order.

Customizations

Do you offer engraving?
  • If you are looking to add a personal touch to your purchase, then consider our free engraving services.
  • For a more precise result, we offer laser engraving only.
  • We can engrave your jewelry with up to 25 characters of text.
  • This includes numbers, symbols, and letters.
  • We engrave most of our pieces - unless they have no free surface area to engrave on.
  • To request engraving on your product, you can either enter your request in the notes section at checkout, or you can contact us after placing your order.
  • Our engraving service typically takes additional 2 business days to complete
Is it possible to customize your rings?

Yes, we can customize any ring you like.
